About Matt Ganzak

Everyone has a story... here is mine:

My professional career starting in radio as an on-air DJ and responsible for the advertising across several radio stations, I found that writing marketing copy was a passion.

In 2005, I was noticing more local business owners needed websites, SEO and Google advertising services. So I taught myself how to build websites, apps and market their products and services online.

I built my first SaaS app in 2006, teaching myself how to code and develop solutions to problems using software.

In 2008, I took a job in NYC with the biggest international sweepstakes company, one of the top 100 visited websites at the time. I helped scale that business to over 65m users, then assisted with the exit of the company.

From 2015 through today, I have been building my own SaaS products and partnering with other business owners to create software solutions in their industry.

I have had some great wins, built some great software products and had some awesome exits.

But I have had my failures along the way as well, learned some hard truths about how difficult business and SaaS can be. I wish I had a mentor in my earlier days, and devote my professional career to helping others achieve success and navigate issues in their product development and marketing for their software.

On a personal note, I have a great wife and two wonderful kids and I love the freedoms that SaaS can bring with running successful software businesses with high profit margins is truly a win-win for everyone!

I believe in creating products that solve problems with technology, which can be very rewarding in many ways for our users, clients, partners and those in our mentoring programs.

I believe that anyone could be a software owner if they have the patience to learn this craft, have a great idea and the energy to execute on the vision.

I don't believe that every idea can be successful, but what I love about the ease of programming apps today, is that you can accomplish so much with AI so much faster today compared to 20 years ago...

And perhaps it is not your first app venture that is successful, but perhaps your fourth, fifth or tenth attempt that is a massive success.

With AI, you can validate ideas, build prototypes in days not months and pivot fast before you get burnt out on the concept of building successful software tech.

I love this business, love the challenges of creating technology to solve big problems and love seeing others succeed in making their dreams a reality.

I hope to see you in one of our mentoring programs soon!
And would love to celebrate your wins in our programs as well!
